A therapy intensive gives you the space, time, and support to finally go deeper — without rushing, without holding back, and without the pressure of “saving it for next week.”

What Is a Therapy Intensive?
A therapy intensive is an extended 2–3 hour therapy session (sometimes more) where we move through focused, targeted work at a pace that allows real breakthroughs.
Instead of stopping right when things finally start to open up…we keep going.

How It Works
1. Intake Session — 50 minutes
We talk through what’s been weighing on you, identify your goals, and create a customized plan for your intensive.
2. Therapy Intensive — 2–3 hours
A powerful, extended session where we move through targeted therapy work such as EMDR, somatic grounding, attachment-based processing, and emotional integration — at a pace that actually allows for release, clarity, and relief.
You’re supported the entire time.There’s room to slow down, pause, breathe, and move through what you’re processing in a way that feels safe.
3. Integration Session — 50 minutes (1–2 weeks later)
We reflect on what shifted, discuss what’s coming up, and create a plan to support your continued growth.
